Ingredients :

Wine eau-de-vie, produced by iron distillation right here at the distillery, made from organic wine from Provence

Green anise, liquorice, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, rosemary, hyssop, thyme, lemon balm and lavender

Here, there is no superfine industrial alcohol or the addition of anethole molecule (molecule that disturbs the pastis AND neurotoxic): two mandatory bases for the name Pastis.

But a base of organic wine eau-de-vie from Provence and real organic plants infused for several weeks for an aromatic, complex spirit, with frank and natural flavors.

Without added sugar, Mes Pas Se Tissent, is an excellent aperitif diluted in several volumes of water (to everyone's taste), very refreshing, and why not embellished with a dash of orgeat syrup to make a nice moresque from home We.

It is also a perfect digestive, dry or on ice, to take advantage of the natural properties of plants.

In a cocktail, mix 5cl of Mes Pas Se Tissent with 2cl of lemon juice, 1cl of orgeat syrup and top up with tonic or sparkling water.

The slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle is completely normal and does not affect the tasting in any way. My steps are woven not being filtered, and infused with real plants, this is a natural deposit linked to maceration.
