Discover the first natural spirits of Provence

The story of the Sentema distillery (sensitive, in Esperanto) begins in Correns, in the heart of Provence Verte.

Of a new kind, this distillery is a place for the creation of natural and living spirits: an Artisanal distillery, with a capital A. Here, there is no question of using superfine industrial alcohol at 96°.

The distillery produces its spirits from organic wines from Provence, but also from carefully chosen plants and fruits: 100% French products, mainly local, from certified organic farms (minimum AB) and sustainably respecting biodiversity and the environment. 'environment.

After 10 years spent in wine estates, the last six of which were responsible for a Provençal estate, pioneer and reference in sustainable and ecological viticulture, Lolita wanted to take a step further in transformation, by creating its own distillery, on the fringes of standards. .

Its objectives: to free itself from industry, to work with local structures on a human scale and to use exclusively organic and mainly Provençal raw materials.

A challenge that has been taking shape since 2022!
