Lolita and the Sentema distillery is the alliance of a creative spirit and a passion for taste:

“I have always been drawn to creation in its entirety. I think that's what led me to communication during my studies. The creation of ideas, images, concepts, names (etc). At the same time, I have always been in search of gustatory pleasure. Coming from a wine region, this passion quite naturally turned towards wine when I was a young adult”.

In 2011, Lolita left her life in Lyon and left for Australia. This quasi-initiatory journey marked a turning point in his life: “There, I discovered to what extent wine, in addition to a magnificent product of agricultural transformation, could become a means of expression. The emotions it can convey, like a great chef's dish, can mark you for years. »

Lolita feeds on meetings and work in the vines, in the cellar, in the cellar. Upon her return to France, she devoted six years of her life to managing the Château Duvivier estate - a pioneer in viticulture in agroforestry and in the development of biodiversity. This grandiose experience transformed her, allowing her over the years to combine her love of taste with that of creativity. Lolita is at the same time sensitive, curious and precise: she feels deep inside that she would like to take a step further, to see bigger, to be daring and innovative.

Mother of two children, she is embarking on the adventure in 2021. She wants to develop something less seen, less known... in the region, in France, and even in the world. Distill. Going to the end of your approach, pushing the limits of your own creativity. All raw materials are possible. The generous nature becomes an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
